I have to watch my diet now...my gastric getting worst and doctor says if i dun watch my diet it will lead to Gastric Ulcer...right now the term is P**** ulcer...Im unsure of the spelling...gee...i've been lying on my bed trying to endure...recently...I dont have the appetite to eat...or i will tell myself WE SHALL EAT LATER and my later has never come true...What i ate in a day is just 2 serving of rice which is for the whole day of today and sometimes includes for tommorrow...a prepaid meal...

Mr. F has been keeping a time check when its medicine time...Thanks...
