This week

It seems like i have been blogging once a week...sorry..i felt super lazy to blog...sat was spent at hm...with family...cos last friday i had a napfa test and my legs are aching..i got SILVER for napfa... "This is not a competition" ... aha.. aimed for gold but the tester said for ifah(incline flex arm hang) i need to do 8 ONLY to get gold...but infact 8 is for C..and to get GOLD u need 22...cant u see the different????because of this i got silver...all other 5 stations i got 5 pts or 4 pts...except for 2.4km and ifah...i hate u for this fact...i might wanna try a retest...anw my standing broad jump has decreased over the year...from 240cm/220cm in sec 5 now only 200cm...running was 16mins...aha....sit and reach was 41 cm...shuttle run was 11.3s, sit ups i did 32,

on sat had ice creams with my lil bro Syafiq...at Bukit Panjang Plaza, Venezia, ate ice creams waffles...our bonds are getting stronger...i love u lil bro... after we were done with ice creams we had KFC..omg...im actually eating alot...both of us ate shroom burger meal...its our favourite...

I almost forget to tell you that who saes Poly has no uniform????In SBM(School of Business Management) if you are doing TEP(Teaching Enterprise Project) you gotta wear uniform....I got mine too..its a must to wear...i think its great...but it will be better with a school logo on it....

Haiz...something beyond my controll happened yesterday...I never imagined that im capable of doing so...(hitting a guy) the last boy that i slapped was my lil bro he suffered bleeding in his mouth......but i hope these had taught u a lesson..MiSsY doesnt like to be provoke...get it...Never2 mess with MiSsY at a wrong timing....
